Rachel Appleby

Rachel Appleby is our Oxford EMI Associate based in Hungary. Rachel is a member of our EMI training team and is a very experienced trainer with over 20 years experience. She has worked throughout Europe and run training courses in Singapore, Egypt, Bahrain and Georgia. As well as being an experienced face-to-face EMI trainer, Rachel is also qualified in online training by The Consultants-e. Rachel works in the Higher Education sector both teaching and training. She currently teaches on the MA in Communication at Corvinus University Budapest, Hungary, having taught for nine years at ELTE University, Budapest.
Rachel has co-written a number of language teaching course books for Oxford University Press and Macmillan publishing, including ‘Business one:one’ (a 3-level series), International Express, and ‘The Business – Advanced’.
