You can join an Oxford EMI Certificate for University Lecturers course online. Our Trainer-led Online EMI Course is a blended course.
This course is intentionally designed to give the most value whilst fitting around the participants’ normal working day.
The Online Trainer-led course is a 5-day course. Participants work online and join us for Oxford Live sessions with the Oxford EMI trainers in the afternoon/evening (participants’ local time).
Each day consists of:
1 Online module (approximately 3 hours) of videos and exercises which participants work on during the day, sometimes individually and sometimes in groups.
1 Oxford Live session over Zoom with the Oxford EMI trainer. The Oxford Live session lasts for 90 minutes each evening and is an opportunity for participants to learn more, receive feedback on the day’s work, discuss teaching techniques and ask questions about their own teaching context.
