Emma Procter-Legg

Emma Procter-Legg is the IT in Education specialist at Oxford EMI. Emma develops Oxford EMI’s online trainer-led and self-access courses. Emma also teaches on Oxford EMI professional development programmes and teaches sessions on online learning and digital pedagogy in EMI.
Emma is a published researcher, project manager for the Association for Learning Technology and digital skills teacher for the IT Learning Centre at the University of Oxford. She has a PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education and has taught in a range of different contexts including international and further education colleges as well as higher education institutions. Emma has worked on a number of European Union educational research projects including the development of the Digital Teaching Professional Framework for the Education and Training Foundation. She is interested in the use of learning technologies, mobile learning and social media in education.
