Dr. Ho Minh Thang is Vice Dean of the UEH Language Institute and Program Director for the English Language programme at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), one of Vietnam’s leading universities.

With more than 15 years of experience in English language education, academic leadership, and international partnership development, his expertise spans English Medium Instruction (EMI), TESOL, digital pedagogy,  technology-enhanced learning and institutional capacity-building. He has played a leading role in developing academic innovation initiatives and strategic collaborations with international partners.

As an Oxford EMI Associate, Dr. Thang is particularly interested in expanding sustainable EMI ecosystems, teacher development, and large-scale educational transformation across Vietnam and the Southeast Asian region.
